In addition, our contracts give you 24/7 access to engineers, maximum 4 hour response times and preferential rates for call outs and replacement equipment.
Most of our staff have been with SDS for a long time meaning they have had time to form strong relationships with clients. The same goes for our home security specialists, we always try to send an engineer that you are familiar with.
When routine servicing comes around we offer guaranteed AM/PM appointments. However, if possible, we can carry out remote diagnostics to save you time.
We are happy to takeover or repair non-SDS systems. This includes emergency callouts, depending on availability. We tend to send a surveyor to assess the system who then provides a quote.
