Whether it’s the office staff , the alarm engineers , the fire extinguisher crew, or the team fitting and indeed repairing the remaining paraphernalia ,all of them I have found to be competent ,friendly , on time and a pleasure to have in the house. We initially chose SDS because they were local and highly recommended. We have regular annual maintenance and the system has always been very reliable, with as far as I can remember only ever one non-scheduled call out. The best thing of all is that for the rest of the time we simply don’t need to think about it. I can’t imagine us ever going elsewhere.
