If we have your correct mobile number, we can let you know by text message when your engineer is on their way. You can track his/her progress on a live app as shown to the right.

Automated service report

If we have your correct email address we can email your service report to you straight after the service has taken place.

Rate our service

All our emails now come with a 1-10 scoring system to rate our service. All low scores are instantly escalated to a manager, and you will receive a response from us within 24 hours. Similarly, all good scores are fed back to our team!
